Five independently-controlled burners, a full-inch thick steel plate and “NO COLD” zone engineering deliver the searing performance you expect—shift after shift—while rugged stainless construction stands up to the toughest commercial environments.

Southbend recommends limiting oversized cookware (12" Ø or larger) to the rear portion of the plate to prevent excessive heat on the front rail.
