SoloFilter two-step filtration
- Step 1: Pull the blue handle to drain through the 1-1/4" full-port valve.
- Step 2: Pull the red handle — the 8 GPM, 1/3 HP pump returns polished oil in seconds.
- Extra-large 3" curved drain spout reduces splashing and speeds up the cycle.
- Self-aligning filter connection and stainless pan on rear casters make removal effortless.
- Rear oil return rinses the fry-pot bottom, helping extend oil life and product quality.
