Stainless Steel Care
Proper maintenance preserves the rack’s chromium-rich protective layer and keeps it looking new:
- Wipe daily with warm water and a mild, non-chloride detergent; rinse and dry.
- Avoid bleach or harsh abrasive cleaners that contain chlorides or quaternary salts.
- For stubborn spots, use Bar Keepers Friend with a plastic scouring pad, scrubbing with the grain.
- Apply a food-safe stainless polish periodically to restore sheen and add a protective film.
