Care & Maintenance
- Clean routinely with mild soap or non-chloride detergent and a soft cloth.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes or cleaners containing chlorides/quaternary salts.
- For tough stains, use Bar Keepers Friend following the grain of the steel, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Restore shine with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or equivalent food-safe polish.
Proper care maintains the stainless “passive” layer and helps prevent corrosion.
Installation Requirement: This rack must be mounted to a John Boos table that has the factory-installed pot-rack
bracket. Rack cannot be field-retrofitted to tables without this option. Table sold separately.
