Built for the busiest kitchens, this Imperial Pro Series range packs a full-size 48" griddle, two powerful PyroCentric™ open burners and a high-performance convection oven into one 60" footprint. Stainless-steel construction, easy-clean features and industry certifications make it a rock-solid choice for restaurants, diners, hotels and catering operations that refuse to compromise on versatility or durability.

Performance You Can Taste

  • 2 PyroCentric™ open burners – 32,000 BTU each with anti-clogging ports and a 7,000 BTU low-simmer ring for delicate sauces.
  • 48" griddle plate – 3/4" polished steel heats evenly (20,000 BTU per 12" section) for consistent pancakes, burgers and more.
  • 1/2 HP convection oven – 30,000 BTU burner and blower move hot air for faster, even baking with less shrinkage.
  • Total output 174,000 BTU – plenty of power without sacrificing fuel efficiency.

Designed for Chef-Level Efficiency

  • Griddle features a 3" wide trough, removable grease can and full-width crumb tray for quick cleanup.
  • Cast-iron top grates (12" x 12" front, 12" x 13" rear) let stock pots slide easily across sections and onto the 3-1/2" landing ledge.
  • Oven interior is fully porcelainized and fits 18" x 26" sheet pans left-to-right and front-to-back—three chrome racks included.
  • Open cabinet base with stainless shelf keeps pans, trays and utensils close at hand.
