Built for serious production kitchens, the Imperial Pro Series step-up range combines high-powered saute stations, a full-size convection oven and convenient storage in one rugged 60-inch unit.

  • Open cabinet base with stainless bottom shelf keeps sheet pans and cookware close at hand.
  • Two-piece cast-iron top grate system (12" × 12" front, 12" × 13" rear) allows pots to glide smoothly across sections.
