Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Imperial Pro Series IR-10-CC combines ten powerful PyroCentric™ open burners with two full-size convection ovens in one rugged, 60-inch footprint. Expect rapid heat-up, precise low-simmer control, and consistent baking results shift after shift.
