Imperial Model IHR-PL36 | 70,000 BTU (21 kW)Built for chefs who demand power, precision and a flawless finish, the Imperial Spec Series™ IHR-PL36 puts a ½" (8 mm) polished-steel plancha and a high-performance oven in one rugged, stainless-steel chassis. From searing proteins to finishing sauces and baking sides, this heavy-duty range keeps every station moving in high-volume kitchens.
