Performance & Convenience

• Engineered to maintain NSF-7 food-safe temperatures in 100 °F ambient kitchens.
• Front-breathing, self-contained R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration (1/3 HP) with hot-gas condensate removal.
• Dynamic air distribution system chills every pan evenly from beneath the rail.
• (30) 1/6-size, 4"-deep polycarbonate pans and full set of stainless adapter bars included — rail also accepts 6"-deep pans for 50 % more volume.
• Expansive 72" × 10" × ½" white polyethylene cutting board (NSF) is standard.
• Two field-reversible, spring-assisted doors with stay-open past 90° and removable magnetic gaskets.
• Two heavy-duty drawers (175 lb dynamic load) glide on 16 ga stainless slides & acetal rollers.
• Drawer capacities:
   • Top – (1) ½, (1) ⅓, (1) ¼ & (1) 1/6 pan –or– (1) full-size & (3) 1/9 pans
   • Bottom – (1) ½ & (1) ⅓ pan (all up to 6" deep)
• All-stainless interior sides, back & floor with coved corners for fast wipe-downs.
• Two adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves (1 per door section) on ½" increments.
• (4) 6" polyolefin stem casters supplied; front pair lock for stability.
