The Hobart Warewash-Flow blower-dryer bolts directly to your CLeN conveyor dishwasher and drenches dishes in a curtain of 200 – 400 CFM of 120 °F+ air, delivered by a quiet 2 HP industrial blower and 10 kW of Incoloy® electric heat.

Installation requirements
- Bolt dryer to wash chamber with supplied stainless hardware and foam gasket.
- Provide a dedicated 45 A, 3-phase circuit at 200 V 50 Hz.
- Connect vent to 4″ × 16″ stack – canopy hoods are not compatible.
- Maintain 400 CFM exhaust and connect 1″ drain line.
- Blower operates only when dishwasher pump motors are running.
