Built for the punishing pace of high-volume kitchens, the Garland / U.S. Range U-Series 60" restaurant range delivers a complete cooking suite in a single, rugged chassis. Six 32,000 BTU open burners, a 24" raised griddle/broiler and a spacious under-range storage base combine to give chefs unmatched versatility without sacrificing precious line space.

Performance & Versatility

  • (6) 32,000 BTU cast-iron open burners with split ergonomic ring grates—ideal for everything from delicate sauces to high-heat searing.
  • 24" (610 mm) raised griddle/broiler on the right-hand side, powered by (3) 11,000 BTU burners with individual hi/lo valves.
  • 5⁄8" (15 mm) thick steel griddle plate offers a 23" (584 mm) deep cooking surface and a 4-1/4" (108 mm) wide grease trough for quick clean-up.
  • Two broiler rack positions—3-3/4" (95 mm) or 2-1/2" (64 mm) from the heat—for perfectly finished steaks, chops and melts.
  • Total input: 225,000 BTU/h (Natural Gas). Convertible to propane—see installer for manifold pressure adjustment.

Built to Last

  • All-stainless steel front, sides, 5" (127 mm) plate rail and two-piece backguard with removable shelf.
  • Heavy-duty chassis with reinforced corners resists the twists and bumps of a busy line.
  • 12" (305 mm) stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms slide out for fast draining and washing.
  • 6" (152 mm) stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for easy leveling; optional locking casters available.
  • Roomy storage base keeps sheet pans, utensils and smallwares within arm’s reach, eliminating under-counter clutter.

  • Factory-installed gas regulator and rear 1" NPT connection simplify hook-up.
