Four high-performance open burners handle your sauté, stock and sauce work, while a full 36" steel griddle delivers even, edge-to-edge heat for breakfast, burgers and more. A fast-recovery standard oven on the right and a convenient storage base on the left keep your line streamlined and productive.

- 4 × 32,000 BTU cast-iron open burners with split ergonomic grates for easy pot movement.
- 36" × 23" × 5/8" (914 × 584 × 15 mm) polished steel griddle plate, manual hi/lo valve control.
- 54,000 BTU cast-iron “H” style griddle burner (18 k BTU per 12").
- 38,000 BTU standard oven burner with snap-action thermostat, low to 500 °F (260 °C).
- Oven fits full-size sheet pans in either direction; includes 1 nickel-plated rack and 3-position guides.
- Left-side open storage base keeps sheet pans and utensils right where you need them.
- 12" stamped drip trays under each top section plus 4-1/4" (108 mm) front grease trough for fast cleanup.
- Durable stainless steel front, sides, 5" plate rail and 2-piece backguard with removable shelf.
- 6" (152 mm) adjustable stainless steel legs for easy leveling and floor sanitation.
- Total input: 220,000 BTU/h; factory-supplied gas regulator included.
