Built for high-volume kitchens that demand versatility, this 60" Garland U Series range combines blistering open-top power, an expansive 48" griddle and two full-size ovens in one rock-solid, stainless-steel chassis. From breakfast service to dinner rush, it delivers the throughput, consistency and durability professional chefs rely on.

Performance & Convenience
  • (2) 32,000 BTU/hr cast-iron open burners with ergonomic split grates for fast heat-up and easy pot movement.
  • 48" × 23" smooth steel griddle (5/8" thick) with manual hi/lo valves and 4-1/4" wide grease trough – perfect for searing, sautéing or all-day breakfast.
  • Four cast-iron “H” griddle burners (18,000 BTU each) provide even heat across the entire plate.
  • (2) standard ovens – each uses a 38,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner, snap-action thermostat (low to 500 °F) and includes a nickel-plated rack with 3-position guides. Fits full-size sheet pans front-to-back or left-to-right.
  • Extra-large 27" deep work top, 5" plate rail and removable drip trays streamline prep and cleanup.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece backguard and shelf stand up to daily abuse and wipe clean easily.
  • 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for simple leveling on any surface.
  • Factory-supplied gas regulator and rear 3/4" NPT connection speed installation.
