Built for demanding, high-volume kitchens, this 48" U Series range unites a full-width griddle, a full-size oven and a handy storage base in one rock-solid, stainless-steel chassis. With 110,000 BTU of total input and industry-leading 27" depth, it delivers the cooking power and workspace chefs need to keep service moving.

• Four cast-iron “H” burners under the griddle — 18,000 BTU each (72,000 BTU total) for lightning-fast heat-up and an even cooking zone.
• Right-hand standard oven (26-1/4" wide) with porcelain-enameled bottom & door, plus three-position rack guides; includes one nickel-plated rack.
• 38,000 BTU cast-iron oven burner controlled by a snap-action thermostat adjustable from low to 500 °F (260 °C).
• Left-hand open storage base keeps sheet pans, sauce pots or smallwares within arm’s reach.
