Model U48-4G24RS — 4 Open Burners • 24" Griddle • Standard Oven + Storage BasePack maximum versatility into just 48 inches of line space. The Garland U-Series combines four high-output open burners, a full-service griddle and a bakery-depth oven with a convenient under-counter storage bay—delivering 202,000 BTU of total cooking power in one rock-solid, stainless-steel package.
