Model U48-4G24LL – 4 Open Burners | 24" Griddle | Double Space-Saver Ovens

Designed for the hard-working mid-volume kitchen, the U-Series 48" range combines four high-powered open burners, a full-service 24" griddle and two independent space-saver ovens in one heavy-duty footprint. Stainless construction, snap-action controls and easy-service components keep crews cooking and cleaning with confidence shift after shift.

Key Performance Benefits

  • 4 × 32,000 BTU cast-iron open burners with split ergonomic grates for fast, even heat.
  • 24" griddle with 5/8" (15 mm) thick steel plate, manual Hi/Lo valve and 4-1/4" wide grease trough; two 18,000 BTU “H” style burners deliver 36,000 BTU of even surface heat.
  • Dual space-saver ovens (20" W) – each powered by a 32,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner and governed by a snap-action thermostat from low to 500 °F (260 °C).
  • Nickel-plated rack in each oven with 3-position removable guides; fits full-size 18" × 26" sheet pans left-to-right.
  • Total input: 228,000 BTU/h (Natural gas; Propane ratings available).

  • Generous 27" (686 mm) deep work top for multiple pan and tool placements.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, 5" plate rail and two-piece backguard with removable shelf.
  • Large, easy-grip control knobs and front-serviceable pilots for quick lighting.
  • 12" stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms under each burner section for fast clean-up.
  • 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for perfect leveling on any cook-line.
  • Factory-installed 3/4" gas regulator included.
