From slow-simmered sauces to high-volume stockpot work, this range supplies the even, controllable heat chefs rely on every shift.

- Three individually controlled jet burners per section—45,000 BTU each section; 90,000 BTU (26.37 kW) total on natural gas.
- Front-fired burner design for rapid recovery and even plate temperature.
- Stainless steel front & sides plus heavy-gauge radiation baffle system for superior durability.
- One-piece stainless steel drip tray catches spills across the full width.
- Spacious aluminized-steel storage base with internal shelf keeps pans and utensils close at hand.
- 7-1/2" (191 mm) deep stainless steel front rail provides a safe staging area.
- 6" (152 mm) adjustable chrome legs simplify leveling and floor cleaning.
