- Ceramic-smooth, porcelain-lined chef oven (38,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner) fits full-size sheet pans in either direction; 3-position rack guide with 1 rack included.
- Left-side storage base keeps hotel pans, utensils and sheet trays organized and within arm’s reach.
- All-stainless front, sides, 5" plate rail and 10" low-profile backguard stand up to daily abuse and wipe clean fast.
