Oven + Storage BaseBuilt for chefs who refuse to compromise on power, capacity or reliability, the Garland GF Starfire Pro combines six 26,000 BTU open burners, a heavy-duty 24" raised griddle/broiler and a full-size chef’s oven into one rugged 60" platform—backed by full flame-failure protection on every burner.

- Six 26,000 BTU Starfire Pro two-piece cast-iron open burners with ergonomic split ring grates.
- 24" (610 mm) raised griddle/broiler (right-hand) with three 11,000 BTU cast-iron burners and individual manual Hi/Lo valves.
- 5/8" (15 mm) thick steel griddle plate offers a 23" (584 mm) deep cooking surface and a 4-1/4" (108 mm) wide grease trough.
- Full-size standard oven, 38,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner, snap-action thermostat LOW–500 °F (260 °C), 3-position rack guide, one nickel-plated rack included.
- Open storage base (left) keeps sheet pans, utensils and smallwares within arm’s reach.
