Six open burners, a precise 12" thermostatic griddle and two fast-recovery space-saver ovens deliver a full cook-line of capabilities in just 48". Built entirely of stainless steel and protected by full flame-failure safety, this range is ready for breakfast rushes, high-volume dinner service and everything in-between.
