Its flame-failure safety system, all-stainless exterior and chef-friendly ergonomics make it the go-to range for line cooking, breakfast service or high-volume à-la-carte production.

- Two 26,000 BTU Starfire Pro 2-piece cast-iron open burners for instant, even heat.
- 36" griddle with 5/8" (15 mm) smooth steel plate and three 18,000 BTU “H” burners—snap-action modulating thermostat 175 – 425 °F (79 – 218 °C).
- Total flame-failure protection on every burner; spark ignition on concealed burners for worry-free starts.
- 27" (686 mm) deep work top holds six 12" stock pots with room to slide pans across split ergonomic cast-iron grates.
- Two space-saver ovens (32,000 BTU each) with porcelain interior, 3-position rack guides and one nickel-plated rack per cavity.
- Heavy-gauge stainless steel front, sides, 5" plate rail and 10" low-profile back guard resist dents and corrosion.
- 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling and floor cleaning.
