- Two full-size standard ovens, each with a 38,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner, snap-action thermostat (Low-500 °F) and 3-position rack guide; ships with 1 nickel-plated rack per oven.
- 27" deep work top and 5" stainless steel plate rail give plenty of plating space.
- All-stainless front, sides, two-piece backguard & removable high shelf stand up to daily scrubbing.
- Individual 12" stamped drip trays beneath every two burners simplify crumb & spill management.
- 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for easy leveling on uneven floors.
- Factory-installed gas regulator and rear 1" NPT connection speed up installation.
