Engineered for high-volume production, the 72-inch Garland Master Electric Griddle brings consistent plate-to-plate results to diners, concessions, hotels, and institutional kitchens. Six independently-controlled heat zones let you sear steaks on one end while holding pancakes on the other—all on a durable 1-inch polished steel surface that recovers heat fast and keeps customers moving through the line.

  • Rear sloped grease trough with high-capacity, 6" (152 mm) deep stainless drawers (1.6 gal / 6 L each) keeps the front rail clean and service moving.
  • Full-width front rail and 8" high stainless steel backsplash with integrated side splash guards help protect staff and surrounding equipment.
  • All-stainless steel exterior—sides, front, backguard, splash, trough, and drawers—for easy wipe-down and a professional, long-lasting finish.
