Rugged stainless construction, quick-connect gas plumbing and NSF/CSA certifications make this 18″ powerhouse the easy way to expand a Cuisine Series range or upgrade an existing operation.

• Embedded thermostat bulb maintains set temps from “Low” to 450 °F (232 °C) for perfect results all day.
• One 30,000 BTU cast-iron burner per 18″ section—rated for natural or propane gas.
• 7″ (178 mm) stainless steel stub backguard shields walls and mates cleanly with adjoining equipment.
• All-stainless exterior (front, sides, front rail & burner box) stands up to harsh commercial cleaning.
• 1¼″ NPT front gas manifold lets you plug the unit in by itself or feed it from a common battery line; optional rear connection kit available.
• Modular design: mount on a refrigerated base, equipment stand or the supplied 6″ adjustable legs.
