Installation Requirements

  • 10 ft (3.05 m) minimum ceiling height for airflow & service access
  • Clearances: 1" sides & back, 19" top, 1" from adjacent ovens
  • Level, non-combustible, cleanable floor—slope < ¾" in any direction
  • No drain required (unless optional floor drain is ordered)
Water Quality Notice — Use feed water meeting Doyon specifications (TDS < 100 ppm, pH 7-8, 0 ppm chlorine/chloramines). Poor-quality water will void the humidity system warranty.
