Installation Requirements
  • 10' (3 m) minimum ceiling height for service access.
  • Non-combustible, level floor (±⅛" per foot; slope ≤¾").
  • 1" clearance between proofer and any adjacent oven is recommended.
  • Dedicated circuit sized per electrical rating above.
  • Water filtration meeting Doyon standards is required (filter kit #50-1530 recommended).
