This 48-inch, 3-well hot food table keeps menu items at safe, appetizing temperatures, while a full-length cutting board and open storage base streamline plating and restocking in busy kitchens, buffets, cafés, and catering venues.

  • (3) 12" × 20" sealed hot food wells – each with its own infinite control and 1,000 W element.
  • ½" drains on every well are manifolded to a common gate valve for fast, mess-free emptying.
  • Pre-punched left & right faucet holes; fill faucet ships loose for field installation (chrome plugs included).
  • 8" white polyethylene cutting board provides extra prep/plating space.
  • Durable stainless-steel top, sides, 7" plate shelf, and bottom shelf with 3" rear riser.
  • Open base design on heavy-duty swivel casters (2 locking) for mobile flexibility.
  • Ships with factory-installed NEMA 6-20P cord & plug—no hard-wiring required.
