- ½" drains manifolded to a common gate valve for quick, mess-free emptying.
- Factory-punched left & right fill-faucet ports; faucet ships loose with chrome plugs for the unused side.
- 8" NSF white polyethylene cutting board creates extra plating/prep space.
- All-stainless top, sides, front plate shelf and bottom shelf with 3" rear riser for easy wipe-down sanitation.
- Open base stores hotel pans, bus tubs or dry goods within arm’s reach.
- 4" swivel casters (front locking) roll the unit anywhere for cleaning or service-line re-configuration.
- Ships with factory cord & plug—no hardwiring required.
