- 4" splash guards on rear and sides contain grease splatter and protect surrounding equipment.
- Front cold-zone trough with 3.5" × 1" drain slot feeds a deep, seamless, removable grease drawer for fast clean-up.
- Double-wall, insulated stainless steel sides & bull-nose keep exterior surfaces cooler and extend component life.
- Heavy-duty 5" stainless pipe legs with adjustable feet level the unit on any work surface.
