Warranty & Returns

Comstock-Castle warrants this griddle to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year (parts & labor) from the date of installation when installed indoors at a commercial location. Mobile applications (food trucks, trailers, outdoor setups) are covered for 60 days labor / 120 days parts. Returns are accepted within 90 days of invoice with prior factory authorization and are subject to a 25 % restocking fee. Refer to the enclosed warranty card for full terms and conditions.
