Each oven section of the DFG-200-ES DBL can hold five 18" x 26" standard full-size baking pans, oriented either left-to-right or front-to-back.
The DFG-200-ES DBL is equipped with Artisan Touchscreen Controls, which include functionalities for manual cooking, recipe cooking, cook and hold, core probe cooking with a meat probe, fan delay, and fan pulse.
The oven's solid state thermostat allows for a temperature control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C).
The DFG-200-ES DBL double-deck unit comes standard with 6" (152mm) adjustable stainless steel legs. Casters are available as an optional accessory.
The oven requires 115 VAC, 1 phase, 8 Amp, 60 Hz electrical service, with a 2-wire plus ground connection. A 6-foot electric cord set is furnished.
