- (2) 30,000 BTU U-shaped burners (one every 12") distribute heat evenly edge-to-edge.
- Modulating thermostatic controls with standing pilots maintain 250 °F – 500 °F (121 °C – 260 °C).
- 24" cooking depth plus a 3" welded splash guard to contain grease and food debris.
- Full stainless-steel exterior, 3" grease trough, and removable grease pan for quick cleanup.
- 4" adjustable stainless legs keep the unit level and NSF-compliant for sanitation.
- ¾" NPT rear gas connection; field convertible to Natural Gas or LP (specify at order).
