Designed for high-volume restaurants, hotels and banquet kitchens, the American Range ARLM-2 delivers two full-size 42" x 33 ½" x 17" ovens in one rock-solid chassis. Heavy-gauge stainless steel construction, precision thermostatic controls and 80,000 BTU of total output give you consistent, even heat for roasting whole lamb, prime rib, turkeys, hotel pans and more—shift after shift.
