Engineered for the busiest lines, this 72-inch American Range cooks, bakes, and sears all day long without breaking a sweat. A full-width 48″ griddle, four 32,000 BTU open burners, and twin 30,000 BTU convection ovens give chefs the versatility of three workstations in one footprint—all wrapped in heavy-gauge stainless steel and proudly built in the USA.
