Engineered for high-volume kitchens, this 72-inch American Range restaurant range unites a heavy-duty 48″ griddle, four 32,000 BTU open burners, a full-size oven, and a roomy storage base in one streamlined, stainless-steel unit.

  • 48″ × 24″ griddle (left side) with a 1″ thick polished steel plate and manual controls for precise zone cooking.
  • Four lift-off 32,000 BTU open burners with removable 12″ cast-iron top grates and pull-out drip tray.
  • 26½″ standard oven (35,000 BTU) on the left; porcelain interior, 4 rack positions, supplied with 2 chrome racks.
  • 26½″ storage base on the right keeps pans, utensils, or smallwares close at hand.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, 6″ deep front landing ledge, and full-width crumb/drip tray for fast cleanup.
  • Backguard options included at no extra cost: 6″ stub back, 20″ riser, or 20″ riser with high shelf.
  • 6″ adjustable, chrome-plated legs make leveling and floor sanitation easy.
  • Factory-installed ¾″ NPT rear gas connection with pressure regulator; field-convertible for Natural or LP gas.
