• Durable 16 ga. 304 stainless steel top resists rust, stains and harsh cleaners.
• 5" rear backsplash with 1" return protects walls from splatter and helps keep small utensils on the table.
• Sanitary 1 5⁄8" rolled rim on the front and square finished ends for safe, snag-free edges.
• Six-leg galvanized base (required on tables 8 ft+) with:
  • 1 5⁄8" Ø galvanized legs
  • 1 5⁄8" Ø rear cross-brace
  • 1 1⁄4" Ø side cross-braces
  • High-strength galvanized gussets welded in place
• TWO heavy-duty hat channels (three on 30"-36" wide models) are stud-welded under the top to eliminate sag.
• Sound-deadening layer under the top reduces vibration and prep noise.
