Why a Steam-Heated Griddle?
A hermetically sealed chamber filled with purified water surrounds the heating elements. As the elements fire, the water turns to steam and blankets the entire plate in evenly distributed heat. The result: rapid recovery, perfectly browned products and up to 46 % lower energy consumption compared with conventional electric griddles.
